Hello!
I wanted to encourage everybody to get involved in Operation Christmas Child. Some of you may remember this from university days. It's where you fill shoeboxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and whatever else you want for children in need around the world. Shane and I find this really fun and have been doing it for a few years now. It's our chance to buy fun kid stuff and help others. You can pick up shoeboxes and labels from Safeway or check out www.samaritanspurse.ca to find out other locations. The deadline for this is November 12, so you better act fast!
Carrie
